Email follow up with Artist
Hi Christian,
Not sure if you are checking your emails, I know that you are posting on your web page saw the photos.
I have heard from Bron and she is saying it in this coming Sunday full day is the only possibility for the workshop or alternatively she has suggested:
The other idea was do we maybe have Christian there on the day (23rd May) showing what he does and have people sign up for it then, and then just have another day when we get together and have a stall to sell these?
Let me know asap so I can let her know.

Grafitti Art - where are we up to?
Hi Bron,
Hope everything is going well for you. I know that you are really busy with everything, study etc .
Just checking in with you to see where you are up to. Is there anything that I can do to help you, just let me know.
Christian will be back next Wednesday so I want to have a yah or nah to go ahead by then so we can lock him in.

Graffiti Art Project
Hi All,
Still pushing forward with getting art workshops happening and the development of art to sell at the auction on time. I am pushing ahead and I am hoping to hear from Bron on the weekend re: particpants and space to hold the workshops.
Also for those of you who I have annoyed today by inviting you to jump on the blog and contribute - that would be very helpful if you have ideas on how we can advance this project further.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Email to Christian re response from Bron
Hi Christian-
Hope you are having fun in Blackall.
I have a couple of answers for you from the student trying to organise the event with the school
1.If we need 2 full days, then I suggest Sundays (if that works) if not they will most likely have to run in the afternoons, as the majority of the school is involved in sports that happen throughout the day on Saturdays.
2.I will also talk to our art teachers and see if we can use our art rooms, if not we could use our Auditorium foyer at school (that can save the transport part, which may encourage more participants). And I will try to get an idea of how many participants as soon as I can!!
I will follow up this week and get the answers to you as soon as I know.

Hey Karen,
We thought that we would try and run it through the arts committee instead of the boys committee, but they are very busy leading up to the wetlands festival. So what i am doing is just going to put the proposal through to our principle and then just running it anyway. With any luck I should have this sorted within the week, but that depends on how fast I can get in to see the principle.
If we need 2 full days, then I suggest Sundays (if that works) if not they will most likely have to run in the afternoons, as the majority of the school is involved in sports that happen throughout the day on Saturdays.

Blog address for project
Hi all,
as I mentioned to you (at my service a few weeks ago) I am also using this experience as part of a uni assignment. I have attached the blog address below - please go on and add comments. I have done up to day one when we spent the day together. I will be adding more soon. I am going to add the video from the youth day out - next week as I am having technical difficulties with the new camera and it wanting to work and download at present. Have lined up IT to have a go at it next week- so hopefully it will be on there then.

More ideas follow up

re our other ideas I have spoken to another manager who has a staff member who is trained in the babysitting program - so that is going to be a bit easier than I thought. So we need to make a time to talk and firm up the plans of the when where and how.
Once together I would also like to further explore our other ideas- especially the lunches- cause I think that would be a great one. Let me know when is good.
